Phillip Lemonious, a sophomore at Arkansas, won the men's collegiate 110-meter hurdles by clocking 13.56 seconds running into a headwind at the 62nd Mt. SAC Relays Presented by Nike at Hilmer Lodge Stadium in Walnut, Calif. Lemonious improved from his prelim effort of 13.70 seconds.
