Ronnie Baker ran a wind-legal 9.99 seconds, the fastest time by an American and No. 4 in the world this year, at the 59th Mt. SAC Relays at El Camino College's Murdock Stadium. It was the first time Baker had a wind-legal time under 10.00 seconds after four wind-aided marks in the past two years.
