Texas teammates Chrystal Herpin and Nina Ndubuisi took the top two spots in the women's invitational elite shot put competition at the 64th Mt. SAC Relays at Hilmer Lodge Stadium in Walnut, Calif. Herpin, a junior, triumphed with a fifth-round mark of 57-7.50 (17.56m) and German competitor Ndubuisi, a freshman, achieved a second-round effort of 56-9.25 (17.30m).
